Editors are responsible for ensuring the integrity, quality, and fairness of the publication process.

Editorial Decisions  
Editors make decisions on manuscript acceptance based on scholarly merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Fairness  
Manuscripts are evaluated without regard to the authors’ race, gender, institutional affiliation, or nationality.

Confidentiality  
Editors must ensure that information regarding submitted manuscripts is kept confidential.

Conflict of Interest  
Editors must not handle manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest.

Ethical Oversight  
Editors are responsible for identifying and addressing ethical issues, including plagiarism, data fabrication, and other forms of misconduct.
