Author Guidelines

Overview

The Journal of Advanced Managerial Psychology (JAMP) welcomes original research articles that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in managerial psychology and related fields.

Authors are encouraged to ensure that their manuscripts are clearly written, logically structured, and relevant to the aims and scope of the journal before submission.

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be written in clear academic English and carefully proofread before submission.

A typical manuscript should include the following sections:

Title
Abstract (150–250 words)
Keywords (3–5 keywords)
Introduction
Literature Review
Methodology
Results
Discussion
Conclusion
References

The title should be concise and informative. The abstract should clearly summarize the purpose, methodology, key findings, and significance of the study.

Formatting Requirements

Authors should prepare manuscripts using a standard word-processing format.

Tables and figures should be clearly labeled and referenced in the text. Each table and figure should include a descriptive title.

If figures or other materials have been previously published, authors must ensure that appropriate permissions have been obtained.

Reference Style

All references must follow the APA (7th edition) citation style.

In-text citations and reference lists should be formatted according to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (7th edition).

Authors are responsible for ensuring that references are accurate, complete, and consistently formatted. DOI numbers should be included where available.

Submission Files

The main manuscript file should include the full text of the article, including the title, abstract, keywords, main text, references, tables, and figures where appropriate.

Supplementary files such as datasets, appendices, or additional materials may be uploaded separately during submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please confirm the following:

• The submission is an original work and has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal.

• All authors have approved the manuscript and agree with its submission to this journal.

• The manuscript falls within the aims and scope of the Journal of Advanced Managerial Psychology.

• The manuscript is written in clear academic English and has been carefully proofread.

• The title, abstract, and keywords accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.

• All references cited in the text appear in the reference list and have been checked for accuracy.

• All tables and figures are properly labeled and cited in the text.

• Permission has been obtained for any copyrighted material included in the manuscript.

• The authors agree to comply with the journal’s publication ethics and editorial policies.

• The authors understand that an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 100 is required only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Articles

This section publishes original research articles and scholarly studies that fall within the aims and scope of the journal. All submissions to this section are subject to peer review.

Copyright Notice

Authors who publish with the Journal of Advanced Managerial Psychology agree that the copyright of the article remains with the authors while granting the journal the right of first publication.

The article will be published under the journal’s open access policy, allowing readers to read, download, copy, distribute, and link to the full text of the article, provided that proper citation of the original publication is given.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submission is original and that any copyrighted materials included in the manuscript have been used with appropriate permission.
