Abstract

Continuing innovation in artificial intelligence technology drives the sustained growth of intelligent sporting goods enterprises. To adapt to evolving economic landscapes and opportunities, these enterprises must continuously transform and upgrade through technological, institutional, and managerial innovations. Scientific and technological advancements—the lifeblood of high-tech enterprises—play a pivotal role in the development of intelligent sporting goods technology enterprises. Challenges arise, however, as research indicates increased technical personnel turnover and decreased team stability. To address these challenges, management decision-makers must fully engage and inspire technical personnel. This paper offers an incentive program for technical personnel in intelligent sporting goods enterprises, encompassing five key elements: salary incentives, performance appraisal systems, training incentives, cultural and environmental incentives, and career development opportunities.
